Retreats take place at the mini farm. While each retreat varies in structure, they include time with the mini pony and mini donkey. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a make and take herbal class (varies by retreat), emotion chart identifying what the most common emotions are and where they typically lie trapped in the body, a journal/workbook with over 200 prompts to process your journey and so much more. Herbs and all things natural plants and body care are on of our passions. We have a sister company named Rustic Roost Apothecary where you can shop all things herbs! Using frequencies, we scan your entire body systems and all of the parts. This is not a diagnostic, but rather a very insightful tool for exploring possible imbalances in the body. After the scan, we will run a set of new frequencies to optimize the imbalances. 

We then create custom playlists of frequencies targeting specific and consistent patterns of imbalances in your body. 

You receive every scan report direct to your inbox, so that you are able to track and monitor any progress that your body may make along the way. 

Adventure awaits! Join us for a half day herbal workshop. In this workshop, we will spend time foraging for wild herbs known to support our health. The workshop will include help with plant identification, how to best process the herbs, benefits of the herbs, contraindications that come with the herbs and ethical sourcing and foraging. You will walk away with a Materia medica to keep off the herbs for your personal reference. These are deep dive workshops and not tours, so please be prepared to dive on in! Because we believe so strongly in pursuing wholeness, we also offer a PEMF mat session and ionic foot baths. These are available as individual options. Additionally, you can also choose to select a package from our current offerings that includes both of these.
